The bipartisan infrastructure agreement between the Biden administration and a small bipartisan group of senators has been announced, but only covers the physical infrastructure projects and even here deficient of meeting the true needs, finding the financing methods, and developing an implementation plan.
Legislation will need to be written over the course of the summer to bring to a vote in Congress. This includes tax law changes.
Concurrently another infrastructure plan/legislation is being developed to add to the amount of money in the physical infrastructure and also to the social systems infrastructure, to be voted into law using the budget resolution process.
