There have been a number of infrastructure plans since 2016 and many prior to this.
What do they have in common? They quickly fade away, because there is no money to pay for them. Infrastructure has the distinction of being the only issue where there is wide bi-partisan support, but no reasonable, responsible, and actionable legislation has been proposed and enacted.
GRIP addresses this issue, with flexibility based upon the project and the community.
Given that infrastructure has bi-partisan support, because it is a non-partisan issue (except how to pay for it) we have listed some of the more recent attempts of infrastructure plans, whether they be bi-partisan, democratic or republican and the reasons for their failure. Take your political pick at: Federal Proposed Plans in the top menu.
Our political position is NPA bi-partisan/non-partisan and a belief in the "Pragmatic Principles of Positive Politics". If there exists a hint of a political partisanship, some may falsely argued as a partisan position, it will be in the 'comedic candor' of the Trump Administration, who never had an infrastructure plan, how to pay for it and how to implement it, because Trump never had a clue.. He couldn't even build a wall and find a way to pay for it.
